Dan Rowbottom won the final British Touring Car Championship race at Thruxton after a fierce battle. Starting from fifth, Rowbottom quickly moved up to third with a strong start. Poleman James Dorlin’s mistake allowed Rowbottom to take second place, with Jake Hill leading the race. Despite Hill’s advantage, Rowbottom managed to overtake him and secure the lead on the second lap. A mid-race safety car period shuffled the pack, allowing for intense battles within the top positions. Ultimately, Rowbottom maintained his lead to claim victory, followed by Cammish, Sutton, Proctor, and others finishing strong in the challenging race.
